COLLECTION. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CLICK AND COLLECT PICKUP

We offer free collection for all online orders (no other method of delivery is available), with easy pickup from CIT campus in Bruce during below listed times.

You will receive email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.

Please have your email ready to show us for a quick collection on your selected day.

Keep in mind that we are only open for collection at specific times so it is important that you attend at your chosen collection time.

Collection Location: CIT, Jack Fleming Place, Bruce, ACT 2617

Collection Times:

Friday 26th Nov

10am to 12.

Wednesday 1st December

8am to 10am.
5.30pm to 8.30pm.

Friday 3rd December

10am to 12.

Saturday 4th December

9.00am to 12.30pm.

Wednesday 8th December

8am to 10am.

PURCHASES & RETURNS

All products listed to purchase on our website should be in stock and available, however when dealing with live plants we are subject to mother nature, and sometimes she has other ideas. In the event a selected item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or alternative product as chosen by you, the customer. In the situation where a product is not as described, again we will offer a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. As plants are living things, we may not be able to exchange plants if they are in a different condition to which they were purchased.

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us directly and as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help. You may send emails to cithorticulture@cit.edu.au

For the services we offer, we may collect personal information when using this site such as name, email address, phone number and postal address. These details are kept internally and may be used if we need to contact you in regards to your order. We may send promotional emails for future plant sales. We will never share/sell or swap your personal information with anyone or any other parties.
